Come experience what it's like to be a "master blender" at a whiskey distillery. Under the guidance of Deerhammer founder/head distiller, Lenny Eckstein, you will taste through various Deerhammer whiskies, note your findings, and selectively blend them together to create your ideal flavor profile into a single bottle of custom whiskey that you'll take home!
Thursday April 17th / 6pm-7pm COST: $80 WHAT'S INCLUDEDYou'll sample through approximately 5 unique whiskeys and work on building up to 3 trial blends to formulate the one that you'll take home in a 750ml bottle.
All necessary lab equipment, pen/notepad, and pallet cleansers will be provided. |
