Bartender / Spirit Guide
SEASONAL POSITION: May through September
Calling all virtuoso bartenders! Looking to live your best mountain life while mixing up killer cocktails, and schooling guests on all things whiskey, alongside a fun/inspiring team of cohorts? Welcome to your next whiskey-centric adventure with Deerhammer Distilling Company!
The ideal candidate would embody the following:
● Top Notch Customer Service Skills
● Positive and Energetic Work Attitude
● Whiskey Knowledge, driven by food, beverage, service excellence. Certifications a plus.
● Willingness to learn to guide a distillery tour for visitors to the distillery
● Interest or experience with beverage production
● High volume craft cocktail experience is a plus.
● Ability to entertain and provide high-level guest experiences
● Ability to work recurring scheduled shifts and pick up shifts when needed. Minimal time off during the summer.
● Follow all sanitation and safety policies
● Maintain bar and premises cleanliness
● POS proficiency (toast)
● Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
This is an hourly + tipped based position offered at $11.79/hour + tips averaging $25-35/hour. Requires 1-2 scheduled shifts per week from May 1st through September. We have free camping available for van-life/RV'ers.
