Deerhammer is a well established independent whiskey distillery located in Buena Vista, Colorado. With an expansive indoor/outdoor space for guests to gather within a grass-roots vibe, and a focus on high-level whiskey experiences, Deerhammer Distillery • Tasting Room • Kitchen has become an anchor of excellence in Buena Vista, CO and beyond.
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working professional who exemplifies our workplace philosophy, embraces our core values, and wants to join our team of fun-loving whiskey nerds. Deerhammer prides itself on phenomenal customer service, and outstanding cocktail and food offerings. In joining our team your primary directive is to engage meaningfully with our guests – educate about whiskey – provide the most epic visitor experience imaginable to every single guest, be it their first visit or their hundredth!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Experienced ~ 2-10+ years in craft cocktails, high volume, full service
● Pre-existing whiskey knowledge with a desire to learn way more
● Detail oriented with a desire to layer ‘even better!’ on top of ‘great’.
● Embracing of food, beverage and exceptional service
● Positive and Energetic Work Attitude
● Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
● Maintain bar and premises cleanliness
● Limited time off during the busiest summer months
● Ability to assist with social media, marketing, and special events a BIG plus
