POT STILL RYE WHISKEY
After four years of establishing Deerhammer within the emerging
category of American single malt, the time seemed about right to wade
into new waters. In the Fall of 2016, Deerhammer embarked on a mission
to craft a rye whiskey that would embody the essence of Colorado, and
we set our sites on unique grain varietals that thrive in our home state.
Over the years, we distilled, matured, sampled and meticulously
assessed these rye whiskey barrels. Only the most exceptional barrels
are selected for each batch. This ongoing endeavor will always capture
the pinnacle of our craft and the essence of Deerhammer's uniquely
Colorado ‘Pot Still Rye Whiskey’.
